Cabling "When we started to have many "unexplainable things" go wrong with our network, we had no idea that the solution would lie within the network cabling. Data Technologies isolated and quickly repaired our cabling that another company had put in less than a year ago. As we became aware, there are many cabling vendors out there but not all follow the same code of ethics in spite of industry standards. As well as the comprehensive Cat(x) cabling systems we install, we are also fully conversant with 10base2, 10base5 and all structured wiring systems.
When installing our structured cable systems we provide customers with detailed as-built drawings electronically so they can be updated as required. And of course we provide complete testing and documentation of our work, with all of our work fully warranted and tested using some of today's most sophisticated equipment. This provides you as a customer with peace of mind and the assurance of a complete professional installation.
We can also test or troubleshoot existing cabling utilizing the fluke DSP-4000.
Did you install the cable yourself ? We can finish the job for you, providing termination of the CAT5 wall RJ45 data jacks & patch panels. We can also test your installation to ensure error-free network transmission.
